Axel Rudi Pell (nascido em 27 de junho de 1960) é um guitarrista de heavy metal alemão que atualmente trabalha como guitarrista de uma banda de apoio sem nome que ele fundou como um trabalho solo.

Ele começou com a banda Steeler (1984-88) antes de sair para começar sua carreira solo em 1989. Durante esse tempo, ele tocou com bateristas como Jörg Michael e Mike Terrana, e os cantores Johnny Gioeli, Jeff Scott Soto e Rob Rock.

A SPV Records lançou um DVD ao vivo em 25 de fevereiro de 2008, intitulado Live over Europe, que inclui a apresentação completa do Rock Hard Festival em 2007, e vem com um disco bônus que inclui imagens ao vivo do próprio arquivo de Pell.
