Dorothee Pesch (nascida em 3 de junho de 1964), conhecida profissionalmente como Doro Pesch ou simplesmente Doro, é uma cantora e compositora alemã de heavy metal, ex-vocalista da banda de heavy metal Warlock. Apelidada de “Rainha do Heavy Metal”, as contribuições de Doro para a música e cultura juntamente com sua vida pessoal divulgada a tornaram uma figura global na cultura do metal por mais de três décadas. O nome Doro também esteve associado à banda em turnê que acompanha a cantora, cujos integrantes mudaram continuamente em mais de vinte anos de atividade ininterrupta, sendo as presenças mais estáveis as do baixista Nick Douglas e do baterista Johnny Dee.
Doro começou sua carreira em bandas de garagem na cena underground nativa de Düsseldorf e alcançou visibilidade na mídia e algum sucesso comercial com Warlock nos anos 1980. O Warlock estava começando a ter uma abertura no mercado americano, quando passou por muitas mudanças de formação e Pesch ficou como a única integrante original da banda. Ela começou uma carreira solo com o nome Doro, a fim de evitar disputas legais entre sua gravadora PolyGram e seu ex-empresário. Ela lançou dois álbuns nos Estados Unidos com os produtores Joey Balin e Gene Simmons, mas não foi o avanço que ela esperava.
Durante a ascensão do grunge e do rock alternativo na década de 1990, sua gravadora relegou suas produções apenas para a região europeia, onde ela continuou a fazer extensas turnês. Ela continuou sendo uma artista de sucesso na Alemanha, apesar de viver e produzir seus álbuns nos Estados Unidos. Quando o heavy metal clássico encontrou novamente o favor do público, ela voltou a fazer turnês por todo o mundo e sua popularidade como uma cantora veterana cresceu consideravelmente, inspirando muitas novas artistas do metal feminino. Doro também é conhecida por seus duetos realizados ao vivo e em estúdio com outros cantores e músicos da cena metal, com quem ela fez amizade em sua longa carreira, e foi a primeira artista de heavy metal a realizar um show drive-in durante o pandemia do COVID-19.
Até esta data, ela lançou dezessete álbuns de estúdio, sendo o último Forever Warriors, Forever United em 2018. Doro continua sua carreira de gravações e é uma prolífica artista em turnês pelo mundo todo. Quando não está em turnê, ela reside em Nova York.
