Lillian Axe é uma banda americana de glam metal e hard rock de Nova Orleans, Louisiana, EUA, mais conhecida por seus álbuns de grandes gravadoras, Lillian Axe, Love + War, Poetic Justice e Psychoschizophrenia. Originalmente formado em 1983, o grupo ainda está ativo, embora apenas o guitarrista Steve Blaze e o baixista Michael Max Darby permaneçam na formação original.
Em 16 de maio de 2010, em Erwinville, Louisiana, Lilian Axe se tornou a primeira banda de hard rock a ser introduzida no Louisiana Music Hall of Fame. Em 5 de novembro de 2021, Steve Blaze foi introduzido pela segunda vez no Louisiana Music Hall of Fame por suas contribuições como guitarrista e compositor. Em 12 de janeiro de 2017, Lillian Axe recebeu o Jackson Indie Music Week Icon Award 2017 no Duling Hall em Jackson, Mississippi.
