Lymphatic Phlegm (alemão: Lymphenschleim) é uma banda brasileira de goregrind de Curitiba, Paraná, Brasil. A banda foi fundada em 1996 e é formada pelo guitarrista e baixista Rodrigo Alcântara, que programa a bateria, e pelo cantor André Luiz. Em novembro de 1996, a demo de Tumor maligno canceroso no tecido epitelial do intestino foi lançada pela Loft Records. Em 2002, assinaram contrato com a Black Hole Productions. No total eles gravaram 14 splits, além de apenas uma demo, dois EP e dois álbuns.
Lymphatic Phlegm toca um goregrind com textos patológicos . O rosnado incompreensível de André Luiz funciona como um quarto instrumento. A banda cita as primeiras bandas de grindcore como Carcass, Autopsy, Mortician e Impetigo como influências.
