Uriah Heep – Discografia (1970-2018) 192-320kbps/FLAC-WAV

Uriah Heep é uma banda britânica de hard rock formada no final dos anos 1960. A banda se caracteriza por suas canções melódicas e vocais harmoniosos (cortesia do fato de todos os integrantes cantarem), além do uso do órgão Hammond B3 e guitarra com pedal wah-wah.

Embora muitos considerem Uriah Heep, ao lado de Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple e Black Sabbath as 4 melhores bandas de Hard Rock/Heavy Metal do final dos anos 60 e início dos anos 70, é de conhecimento geral que não são nem um pouco conhecidos perto das anteriores.

Apesar de seu sucesso na Europa, o Uriah Heep nunca conseguiu emplacar um grande sucesso nos Estados Unidos. A banda lançou vários álbuns de sucesso nos anos 1970, tendo grande repercussão principalmente na Europa e Ásia, mas decaiu em popularidade nas décadas seguintes. O grupo ainda existe e, considerado uma banda “cult”, viaja frequentemente em turnês pela Rússia, Japão, Alemanha, Escandinávia e Brasil, entre outros. Nos últimos anos vem gravando um DVD ao vivo anual em Londres (no evento conhecido como “The Magician’s Birthday Party”, “festa de aniversário do mágico”, homenagem ao disco “Magician’s Birthday”), todo mês de novembro. O primeiro, semi-acústico, foi gravado em novembro de 2001.
